The union is in changsha city science and technology, under the guidance of the overall to changsha area inside the deep processing of agricultural products of leading enterprise as the core, relying on universities, scientific research institutions, to contractual relationship, through the optimization of resource sharing and innovation elements combination, around changsha common key technologies for the deep processing of agricultural products industry and food safety in a long-term, stable, cooperative innovation institutionalized politics combination of the interests of the community. The alliance was established in 2007 in Changsha scientific and Technological achievements transformation Fair by 6 sponsors, and has developed 28 member units so far.
