Process Flow Diagram: Raw materials are fed into the feeding port and then lifted to the mixer by a vacuum feeding system for mixing. Once mixing is complete, the material is conveyed via another vacuum feeding system into the solid feeder. The solid feeder transports the powder into the twin-screw extruder, while the liquid feeder adds water online during the process. After extrusion in the twin-screw extruder, the material is cut into shaped pieces by a cutting machine. These shaped pieces are then transported by an air-conveying system to a fluidized-bed dryer for preliminary drying of surface moisture. Next, they are conveyed again by an air-conveying system to an oven for baking. After baking, the products pass through a spray-drying machine where they are coated with syrups or other seasonings and dried to a specified moisture level. Finally, they are cooled in a cooling machine to produce the finished product.
