The FMFC series fluidized bed is primarily used for the pre-drying of granular, short-bar-shaped, spherical, flake-like, and other irregularly shaped food materials that are extruded. It also serves to break up agglomerated particles. Hot air passes through the material bed, ensuring thorough heat exchange and high thermal efficiency—allowing energy savings of 30% to 60% compared to conventional drying equipment. The unit features a compact structure and occupies a small footprint.
