Process Flow Diagram: Raw materials are fed into the feeding port and then lifted to the mixer by a vacuum feeding system for mixing. Once mixing is complete, the material is conveyed via another vacuum feeding system into the solid feeder. The solid feeder transports the powder material to the twin-screw extruder, while the liquid feeder adds water online during the process. After extrusion in the twin-screw extruder, the material is cut into shape by a cutting machine, then lifted by a conveyor to a belt dryer for moisture removal. After drying to a specified moisture level, the product is cooled in a cooler to obtain the finished product.
