Whole Grain Nutritional Rice Production Line

Process Flow Diagram: Raw materials are fed into the feeding port and then lifted to the mixer by a vacuum feeding system for mixing. Once mixing is complete, the material is conveyed via another vacuum feeding system into a solid feeder. The solid feeder transports the powder into a twin-screw extruder, while the liquid feeder adds water online during the process. After extrusion in the twin-screw extruder, the material is cut into rice-like shapes by a cutting machine. It is then transported by a pneumatic conveying system to a fluidized-bed dryer for preliminary surface moisture removal. Next, it is conveyed again by a pneumatic system to a belt dryer, where it is dried to a specified moisture content. Finally, after being cooled in a cooler, the product is ready for packaging.
