High-speed tablet press

High quality: The roll gap accuracy reaches 0.001 mm, with constant temperature control on the roll surface and vibration-assisted feeding, ensuring uniform material flow across the entire roll width and consistent thickness and appearance of the finished product.
High-performance, stable production: The adjustable-pressure scraper ensures thorough removal of adhesives; roller cooling prevents material from sticking to the rollers; low-vibration, quiet operation reduces downtime for cleaning and minimizes material loss.
Low-barrier operations and maintenance: No special structural measurements required for installation, enabling rapid commissioning. A low-vibration design extends component lifespan and reduces maintenance and energy consumption costs.
