Equipped with a high-precision metering pump driven by a servo variable-frequency motor, this system ensures that liquid materials—such as water, oil, syrup, and molten substances—are continuously injected at an extremely stable and precise flow rate. This is crucial for maintaining consistent product formulations, moisture content, and texture.

The system employs multi-user management with password-based login and access control. It is divided into three user groups: device manufacturer, administrator group, and operator group. Users can perform system operations and parameter management through different levels of operational permissions, and members of each group can be added, deleted, or have their passwords modified.

The mold’s die openings feature a high opening ratio and smoother transition curves. This design effectively reduces discharge resistance, prevents blockages or backflow of high-moisture materials at the die head, and ensures smooth material discharge and stable product shape.
