Raw Grain Storage Warehouse
| Device features: The warehouse is equipped with an integrated temperature and humidity sensor network that monitors the status of each point within the grain pile in real time. Coupled with a forced ventilation system, it can actively and precisely regulate the microclimate inside the warehouse. Through intelligent ventilation, the accumulated heat generated by grain respiration is effectively dissipated, preventing the formation of localized “hot spots.” At the same time, humidity levels inside and outside the storage facility are balanced, eliminating potential risks such as grain “capping,” “wall adhesion,” or moisture accumulation at the bottom—thus physically preventing mold growth. The stainless steel material used in the main structure boasts excellent corrosion and rust resistance, ensuring long-term durability and preventing contamination of the original grain. Key connection points are equipped with high-performance sealing materials that offer excellent air tightness. These materials not only effectively prevent moisture but also block the intrusion of external pests and dust, providing a clean storage environment for raw grains. As a component of the smart factory, intelligent management enables grain-storage data—such as material levels, temperature, and inventory quantities—to be uploaded to the central control room, facilitating remote monitoring, automated inventory management, and intelligent early warnings, thereby providing data support for lean production. The inner wall is smooth and flat, with large-radius arcs at the corners, significantly reducing grain residue and adhesion. The discharge port and inspection manhole are designed rationally, making daily cleaning and equipment maintenance both time-saving and effortless. |

A standardized capacity design of 160 cubic meters ensures that the raw material quantity can meet the requirements of the equipment’s continuous production cycle. Inside the original grain storage facility, ventilation is maintained, and temperature and humidity are controlled to prevent heat buildup and moisture damage. |
| Minimize weight loss (dry matter loss) Effectively maintain the freshness and edibility of grains. Inhibit the production of harmful molds such as aflatoxin. Achieve stable supply across years and seasons. |
