Chain plate machine
| Device features: A double-layer chain conveyor mechanism is employed, with a set of forming molds mounted above each link of the chain. Heating method: Indirect heating via a burner, with recirculated hot air; the exhaust gases from combustion do not come into contact with the food. Feeding method: The material is evenly fed into the lower mold cavity via a spreading device. Molding method: The chain conveyor transports the mold to the high-temperature zone, where an upward and downward hot-air blowing configuration is employed to achieve efficient drying and shaping. Discharge method: The shaped material falls into the designated location with the assistance of a non-powered conveyor belt. |

The fabric feeder employs a spiral or vibratory feeding mechanism, and the feeding speed can be precisely controlled by adjusting the motor’s rotational speed, ensuring that the filling amount in each mold cavity remains within an error margin of no more than ±2%, thus guaranteeing uniformity and consistency in product weight and thickness. |
| The upward and downward hot-air blowing layout, combined with multi-angle air outlets, ensures that the hot air flow evenly envelops both the mold and the material, thereby shortening the shaping time. At the same time, equipped with temperature and wind-speed sensors, the system continuously monitors and adjusts parameters in real time, guaranteeing consistent product quality for each batch. |
