The pressure roller cooling system ensures the stability of product quality during long-term continuous production and extends the service life of the pressure rollers and bearings. Equipped with bearing temperature monitoring functionality, it provides early fault warnings and equipment protection. The material-scrapping device is controlled by a cylinder and equipped with position detection, offering a high degree of automation and safety. The product thickness can be freely adjusted and is automatically regulated via a hydraulic system, featuring a minimum gap limit device to protect the pressure rollers. Intelligent control system based on PLC, with human-machine interface (HMI) operation. |
