| Device features: Equipped with a high-precision metering pump driven by a servo variable-frequency motor, this system ensures that liquid materials—such as water, oil, syrup, and molten substances—are continuously injected at an extremely stable and precise flow rate. This is crucial for maintaining consistent product formulations, controlling moisture content, and ensuring the desired texture. The feeder is fully integrated into the extruder’s central control system (PLC). Its rotational speed/frequency can be linked in a closed-loop manner with the main motor’s speed and torque, ensuring that the liquid addition ratio and solid feed rate always maintain the preset precise proportion. Even when the main machine’s operating conditions fluctuate, the system can automatically adjust itself to keep the process stable. All components in contact with the liquid are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, does not chemically react with the liquid raw materials, and prevents the migration of heavy metals or harmful substances, thereby ensuring product safety. Reliable mechanical seals or sterile connections are employed to eliminate any risk of leakage. The system integrates level monitoring, pressure sensors, and alarm functions; when material blockage, empty containers, or abnormal pressure occurs, the system automatically issues a warning or shuts down, ensuring production safety and continuity. The structural design features no dead corners and allows for quick disassembly and cleaning, meeting the stringent hygiene standards of the food industry. |
