Twin-screw extruder
| Device features: The entire machine is controlled by a PLC, and all electrical components are from top international brands, ensuring stable operation. The system employs multi-user management with password-based login and access control. It is divided into three user groups: Device Manufacturer, Administrator Group, and Operator Group. Users can perform system operations and parameter management through different levels of operational permissions, and they can also add, delete, and modify passwords for members within each group. HMI (Human-Machine Interface): The HMI interface is designed based on the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) principle, presenting all necessary parameters comprehensively on a user-friendly human-machine interaction interface. Users can modify various parameters and execute different commands simply by tapping or touching the screen. The system features alarm handling, alarm data viewing, and alarm-based shutdown protection functions, such as normal fault-induced shutdown and emergency shutdown in response to special faults, thereby providing better equipment protection and simplifying the shutdown procedure. Users can set various operating parameters of the extrusion system according to the extrusion characteristics required for different materials, thereby enabling more precise control. Various parameter settings are available for controlling the main motor, feeder, cutter, temperature, as well as for the extruder’s startup, stabilization, and shutdown procedures, allowing users to make adjustments. |

The extruder chamber is also made of stainless steel and features an independent temperature-control system that can be set online within the range of 0–300℃ according to process requirements, with a control accuracy of ±2℃. This highly sophisticated temperature-control system enables precise control of the firing process to perfection, thereby preventing product quality from being affected by factors such as temperature fluctuations and pressure variations. |
| The core twin-screw elements of the extruder are made from special stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and exceptionally high wear resistance. Compared to single-screw extruders, twin-screw extruders feature higher operational efficiency, greater stability, and larger production capacity. The screws adopt a modular design, allowing the spiral components to be freely combined to meet diverse formulation and product requirements, enabling companies to achieve truly diversified production. |
