	Simultaneous spraying and drying: The integrated design ensures a seamless transition between the spraying and drying processes. As soon as the surface liquid is sprayed, it immediately enters the drying section and is cured by hot air, physically preventing the material from prolonged contact in a wet state and fundamentally eliminating the issue of caking.
The system can automatically fine-tune the spray pump speed and hot-air valve based on feedback from online sensors, ensuring that process conditions remain consistently within the set range during continuous production. All data can be recorded and traced, providing robust data support for optimizing formulations, stabilizing quality, and meeting GMP certification requirements.
